Experience

2022 - PRESENT

Senior Software Engineer • HubSpot

At HubSpot, I played a pivotal role in enhancing lead management and sales processes. I assisted the Business Enablement teams in transitioning from an outdated system to a new one that ensures consistent and clean company data across HubSpot’s internal portal. I developed and maintained an API for Call Summarization, significantly boosting sales rep productivity by providing insightful summaries and recommended actions. Additionally, I provided UI tools to support RevOps and sales reps during the “global recarve” process, which involves redefining all lead territories globally. I also made key improvements to the parsing and enrichment of lead domains, enhancing speed, reliability, and data quality.

2021 - 2022

Data Scientist • Hypertrade

I designed, developed, trained, and deployed machine learning models for Sales and Promotion Forecasting at scale for international retailers, achieving an average prediction accuracy of 79%. The project utilized Google BigQuery and DataStudio for exploratory data analysis and ETL processes, while Google Compute Engine along with Python, Scikit, and TensorFlow were used for research and development. Deployment was managed via Google App Engine using Flask for APIs, with MLFlow for MLOps, and Ansible with AWX for automation, ensuring a robust and scalable solution.

2020 - 2021

Data Scientist • Tiger Development Fund

At Tiger Development Fund Ltd, I developed AI-based trading algorithms, including a 2020 strategy that added an AI supervision layer to enhance daily range break-outs of 18 Nasdaq symbols. In 2021, I progressed to crafting a reinforcement learning strategy for portfolio management, focusing on optimizing trading decisions.

2020

DevOps Intern • oXya, A Hitachi Group Company

I automated security and critical patch installations for 156 WSUS-managed servers using a Jenkins/AWX/Ansible stack, which included tasks like system monitoring, maintenance, backup, and metrics reporting. Additionally, I managed log analysis using the Filebeat-Logstash-Elasticsearch-Kibana stack to streamline and enhance data oversight and system diagnostics.

2018

Data Engineer Intern • Hypertrade

As a Database Engineer at a retail consulting company, I focused on optimizing data warehouse performance and extensively tested and documented the Laravel Web Development Framework. These efforts streamlined database operations and enhanced application development processes.

Projects

2024

Bot Trading Platform

Cloud-hosted microservice crypto trading app where users can link their Binance account and configure trading strategies on 10 crypto pairs. The app was written in Go/Python/React and hosted on DigitalOcean using Kubernetes/Helm

2023

Real Estate Analytics App

Real estate analytics app that help investors find the right condominium purchase opportunities in Bangkok.

I’ve also trained a ML model to forecast price per SQM for condominium in Bangkok based on the area, the distance to BTS, condo size, nearest road…

This is a publicly accessible project for anyone interested in real estate investment intelligence. I’ve personally used this tool to purchase my first condo at a 35% discount from market price this year

Visual Music Metronome App

From greeks, indians, western classical, to electronic metronome, human beings have found different approaches to the concept of rhythm, whether through a sound beat, an orchestra conductor’s hand movements, through vibrations…

This Flutter app was built from a passion I shared with a friend in understanding rhythm at a deeper level. The aim was to give a new approach to rhythm for musicians by introducing a visual component to modern metronomes as an alternative to the monotone beeping sound

2021

AI-generated music app

A web application that allows users to generate music using AI. You can create, mix, combine, interpolate any MIDI tracks into the style you want.

This was a collaboration between 7 CS engineer students known as “Emma and the Bois”. The app was built using React, Python and Firebase.
